Sound Bath March

A Sound Bath is an improvised concert designed to provide an environment where stress can be released. 
Participants lay in savasana while Daniella plays the crystal bowls and gongs accompanied by her gorgeous vocal toning. These frequencies help to guide the brain into a deeply relaxed state where physical, mental, and spiritual healing can take place.
Please bring anything that you may need to feel comfortable for savasana. Dragonfly will provide blankets. We ask that you BYO yoga mat and any additional props you may want/need - perhaps a pillow? Please wear comfortable clothing and remember to hydrate before and after the event.
